URC Packaging Division
The URC Packaging Division produces and sells a wide range of Bi-axially Oriented Polypropylene (BOPP) films, primarily used for packaging various consumer products.
The BOPP plant, located in Simlong, Batangas, is equipped with Bruckner technology and has a rated capacity of 33,000 metric tons per annum.
This business unit holds the distinction of being the only Integrated Management System ISO certified BOPP plant in the Philippines today with its Quality ISO 9001:2000 and Environmental ISO 14001:2004 Standards.
